To help bridge the gap between formal education and classic on-the-job training, TRSB decided to take a non-conventional approach to learning. In 2013, TRSB launched TRSB Academy to maintain our tradition of excellence and continuous learning. With guest speakers from various industries, homework assignments, online training tools, and one-on-one mentoring, TRSB Academy is engaging a whole new generation of linguists and teaching them the art—and science—of translation quality.
