TRSB is looking for someone to support the sales and marketing team.
Your daily routine:
Go-to-market strategy
- Define and execute launch strategies for new products, services and markets.
- Define ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, value propositions, and positioning in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Design and manage launch plans, including messaging frameworks, channel strategies, and commercial activation tools.
- Work with the Sales team to develop sales support tools (presentations).
- Align execution of go-to-market strategies with business revenue and growth goals.
Demand generation and lead growth
- Define and execute business development strategies.
- Ensure optimal conversion funnel performance.
- Optimize paid, organic, and email campaigns.
- Work closely with the Sales team to define prospect value, routing and lifecycle stages.
- Continuously test, measure and optimize campaigns to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CCA) while improving conversion rates and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
Content marketing and messaging
- Define and drive a content strategy aligned with go-to-market initiatives, journey stages, and vertical markets.
- Develop and manage high impact content, including:
- website content and landing pages
- thought leadership content and long format content (blog posts and reports)
- case studies, customer testimonials and proof of value
- sales support and product marketing content
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and points of contact.
- Work with the Sales team to translate complex offers into clear and compelling stories.
Growth experimentation and optimization
- Design and manage a growth experimentation roadmap (A/B tests, funnel optimization, message tests).
- Analyze performance through acquisition, activation, conversion and retention.
- Use data to identify bottlenecks, growth opportunities and scaling levers.
- Iterate quickly based on results and customer feedback.
Marketing and Analytics Operations
- Report on marketing performance and analyze impact on growth and revenue.
- Work with Sales and Operations to ensure data quality in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and analytics tools.
- Continuously improve processes, automation and marketing tools.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Act as a strategic partner to the Sales, Operations, IT and management teams.
- Support customer expansion and retention initiatives through targeted campaigns and content.
- Align marketing initiatives with product roadmaps and revenue priorities.
- Link strategy to execution.
This position may be ideal for you if you:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or equivalent;
- Have a minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a similar role (B2B marketing, ideally SaaS, technology, AI)
- Comfortable with marketing analytics and automation tools (HubSpot is an asset)
- Have an analytical mindset and are motivated by the achievement of quantifiable goals, including prospect volumes and conversion rates
- Are comfortable communicating with and managing stakeholders and are able to convey your recommendations clearly and convincingly to different levels of the organization
- Are proficient in English and French, both spoken and written (bilingualism is required to interact with our largely English-speaking clientele)
