The Content Manager at TRSB owns the content strategy, governance, and performance across all channels. This role ensures that content is aligned with TRSB’s positioning as a secure, enterprise-grade platform, and directly contributes to pipeline generation and revenue growth.

Your daily routine:

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Define and execute TRSB’s content strategy across:
    • Thought leadership (AI, governance, multilingual content)
    • Industry verticals (banking, insurance, pharma, legal, public sector)
    • Product marketing (features, differentiators, use cases)
  • Build and manage the editorial calendar aligned with GTM priorities

Team & Workflow Management

  • Manage and guide internal and external contributors
  • Design scalable content workflows
  • Ensure consistent tone, brand, and messaging

GTM & Revenue Alignment

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to:
    • Develop content for ABM and enterprise deals
    • Support pipeline acceleration and deal closing
  • Align content with buyer journeys (awareness → consideration → decision)

Performance & Optimization

  • Track content performance and ROI (pipeline contribution, engagement, conversion)
  • Continuously optimize content strategy based on data and insights
  • Implement SEO and distribution best practices

AI & Innovation Leadership

  • Build repeatable AI-driven content frameworks
  • Stay ahead of trends in GenAI, enterprise content, and compliance

This position may be ideal for you if you:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or equivalent;
  • Have a minimum of 5–8 years of experience in content marketing or content strategy (B2B marketing, ideally SaaS, technology, AI)
  • Have experience managing content teams or agencies
  • Possess a strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Are familiar with marketing tools such as HubSpot, SEO tools, and analytics platforms
  • Have familiarity with AI-driven content workflows
  • Are a strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
  • Are data-driven and ROI-focused
  • Have a strong understanding of enterprise buyers, especially in regulated industries
  • Have a builder mindset—able to create scalable systems, not just content
  • Are proficient in English and French, both spoken and written, as all content is produced in both languages.

  • Deliver a quarterly content strategy aligned with revenue targets
  • Build and execute editorial calendars and campaign plans tied to GTM priorities
  • Develop industry-specific content playbooks that support targeted growth
  • Drive measurable pipeline generation and revenue influence through content
  • Improve conversion rates across all stages of the funnel
  • Track, analyze, and optimize content performance, including pipeline attribution
  • Maximize content ROI (cost vs output vs impact) through a data-driven approach
  • Strengthen brand positioning and thought leadership in key markets
