TRSB is looking for an accounting clerk who will be in charge of preparing customer invoices and handling accounts payable, based on internal management system data, in the accounting system. You will also periodically be required to send invoices, prepare internal and external reports, respond to client requests, and make payments to suppliers.

AS AN ACCOUNTING CLERK, YOUR DAILY ROUTINE WOULD CONSIST IN:

  • Entering client invoices in the QuickBooks accounting system.
  • Producing internal and external reports in Excel.
  • Sending invoices to clients.
  • Responding to requests from internal and external clients.
  • Following up on accounts receivable.
  • Entering client invoices in the QuickBooks accounting system.
  • Paying client invoices in the QuickBooks accounting system.
  • Performing regular follow-ups with project managers.
  • Performing other administrative tasks.

THIS POSITION MAY BE IDEAL FOR YOU IF YOU:

  • Have at least six months experience in translation project coordination or a related field.
  • Hold a college degree.
  • Are bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Enjoy working with a team.
  • Care about delivering quality work.
  • Are familiar with advanced translation-assistance tools.
  • Are able to handle tight deadlines.
